2021 - All Creatures
£96.00
For this year’s theme we decided it should just be something fun, inclusive & open to interpretation. We’ve all spent a lot of time away from each other & activities over this past couple of years, so I wanted the print to reflect a ‘coming together’ from all directions. Almost like a grand meeting of people and their spirit animals.
Designed exclusively for Same Sky by Graham Carter
2019 - Temps Perdu

Inspired by the book by Marcel Proust but also the thought of lost species. The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new lands but seeing with new eyes.

2016 - Nonsense
£96.00
“I felt the viewer should first have a bit of an emotional connection with the image. For this I decided to have a hugely recognisable Brighton landmark, in order to ease you in. Then you’re free to roam around the rest of the picture and pick out all the little ‘nonsense’ details!

2015 - The Cosmos
£96.00
I remembered that beautiful phrase ‘artistic license’ and realised it did no harm to the body of the image to have a recognisable Brighton skyline in there. Hopefully it makes the image seem quite magical, much like the event itself, when grounded with a familiar environment.” GC

2014 - Urbano

“My aim with this image was to take some of Brighton’s familiar landmarks and inject them with animalistic traits and appearance. I also wanted to convey the mood of the city during this time of year”.
